THE PROCESS FOR HANDLING YOUR ORDER

Your order will go through the following steps, and you will be informed continually about progress with your order by e-mail.
- ORDER FORM
Choose from the catalogue the type of product you wish to have printed.
Carefully complete the order form with all required data, so we will be able to make products exactly the way you want them. If anything is not clear, please contact us at email@example.com. Later claims of defective goods caused by incorrect instructions cannot be honored. After putting goods into your shopping cart, fill in your home address or delivery address, and if you are a businessperson from the EU and a VAT payer, also fill in your VAT registration number, and we will bill your order without VAT!
If you are sure that all of your data are correct, you may confirm your order by clicking on the “ORDER” button.
Manufacturing of your product will begin after your order is paid for. Once payment is received, you will be sent e-mail notification together with an invoice that serves as documentation for tax purposes. Payment is rendered exclusively in advance using the secure PayPal system either directly from a PayPal account or by using a credit card (e.g. VISA or MasterCard) on a PayPal account.

3. UPLOADING DATA
One of the most important phases of preparing your order is the uploading of the data that serve as the basis for manufacturing. We would therefore ask that you prepare the data carefully. Printing data should be prepared in accordance with the standard PDF/X1a:2001:
The price of your product includes the checking of your data using Pitstop precision software. If we find a discrepancy in your data in spite of this check, we will contact you immediately by e-mail with a report informing you about the quality of the data you have provided. On the basis of the instructions in the report, the data will have to be adapted to the required format.

4. STARTUP OF MANUFACTURING
After your payment is received, manufacturing of your product will begin immediately. The length of time needed for manufacturing will vary, of course, depending on the category of goods ordered. You will find more detailed information and a table with information about lead time in the estimate in the column under the heading “DELIVERY DEADLINES.”
After manufacturing is completed, your goods will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping. If the shipping destination is within the EU, the price of shipping to that destination is included in the price of the goods. If the destination lies outside of the EU, the price of the goods is calculated using EX-WORKS with the total price for the goods covering only the actual manufacturing – i.e. without shipping, and the goods must be picked up at our manufacturing plant at the address: Iva Vodáková – Durabo, Na Stráni 1301, Čelákovice 250 88, Czech Republic. If you wish to have shipping arranged, we will gladly provide an estimate.
Within the EU, the goods will be delivered to you by a shipping company that we hire. That company is responsible for the shipment throughout the period of delivery. A table showing delivery times to EU countries can also be found in the estimate in the column under the heading “DELIVERY DEADLINES.”
When receiving the goods from the carrier, please check them carefully and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
